Boots & Pixels builds and maintains professional websites for contractors and home service businesses. For $99/month, you get a custom-built website hosted and maintained by us, with up to 5 edit requests per month included.
Your $99/month subscription begins on the date you sign your service agreement — not when your site goes live. We'll send an invoice at the start of each billing cycle. There are no setup fees, no hidden costs, and no long-term contracts.
Your plan includes up to 5 edit requests per month. An "edit" is a reasonable content change — updating hours, swapping a photo, tweaking copy, adding a service. It's not a full redesign. Unused edits don't roll over. If you need more than 5 in a month, we'll talk through it — we're not going to nickel-and-dime you over something minor.
We build your site on our infrastructure and hosting. You own your content (your text, your photos, your brand). The site design and code are ours. If you cancel, we can package up your content and images for you — just ask.
You're responsible for providing accurate information about your business, and for letting us know when things change (new services, new hours, etc.).
You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice (email is fine). Your site stays live through the end of the notice period. After cancellation, the site comes down. No refunds for partial months.
We can also cancel for non-payment, misuse, or if we determine the relationship isn't working out — with reasonable notice.
We host on reliable infrastructure and aim for high uptime, but we can't guarantee 100%. Things break sometimes. We'll fix issues promptly when they come up. We're not liable for lost business due to downtime.
Your site can't be used for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful. No spam, no misleading claims, nothing that would embarrass either of us. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these standards.
Our liability is limited to the monthly fees you've paid us. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, or things outside our control.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll let you know via email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
