What do I pay up front?
Your first month. That's it. The $500 setup fee is waived on Local and Grow.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice and email is fine.
What's mine if I leave?
All of it: your Google profile, reviews, website, domain name, Facebook and Instagram pages, content and photos. If you cancel, we hand over your website files and help you move it to your own hosting.
Do you guarantee results?
Not rankings. Google decides those, and anyone who guarantees a spot on Google is guessing. Reviews we stand behind: if your Google reviews aren't up 25% by day 90 (at least 5 new, at most 25), you stop paying until they are, and we keep doing all the work. Your part is sending us your customer list and marking jobs done. The details are in the terms.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at the start of any billing month. Just tell us.
