Getting started

What do I actually have to do?

About 15 minutes on day one: an onboarding form with your services, the towns you cover, some job photos, and a manager invite for your Google profile. After that, text us job photos when you have them.

Do you need my passwords?

No. Google lets you add us as a manager on your profile, and the form walks you through it step by step. You stay the owner and can remove us any time. Facebook works the same way.

Do I need a website already?

No. One is included in every plan. If you already have one you like, tell us on the onboarding form and we'll work out the best way to handle it.

How fast will I see something?

We start with your Google profile, since it matters most. Everything else is running by the end of week two.

Which trades do you work with?

Most of them. Fencing, septic, tree service, pressure washing, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, concrete, cleaning and plenty more. If your customers find you on Google, we can help.

Pricing and terms

What does it cost?

$299 a month for Local. The $500 setup fee is waived. You're charged for your first month when you sign up, then on the same day each month. See pricing for all three plans.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice, and email is fine.

What if I want to cancel?

Email us. Your service runs through the 30-day notice period and then stops. No fee to leave.

What's mine if I leave?

All of it: your Google profile, reviews, website, domain name, Facebook and Instagram pages, content and photos. If you cancel, we hand over your website files and help you move it to your own hosting.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Google decides rankings. We promise the work gets done every month and you see the numbers. Reviews are different: if yours aren't up 25% by day 90, you stop paying until they are. See pricing.

How it works

I already have someone doing this.

Fair enough. Ask them for last month's numbers: calls from Google and new reviews. If they can't, it's worth a look. If they can and you're happy, stay put.

Do you handle my social media?

Yes. Text us job photos and we post to your Google profile, Facebook and Instagram every week. You add us as a manager on your pages, so there are no passwords to share.

What goes on the blog?

One post a month on your website, written for your trade and the towns you cover. Usually it answers a question your customers ask before they call, like what a job costs or how long it takes.

Will the texts sound canned?

No. They're short, plain, and sent from your business number in your words. You approve the wording before anything goes out.

Do you ask every customer for a review, or just the happy ones?

Every customer. Asking only the happy ones breaks Google's rules. A few four-star reviews also make the five-star ones easier to believe.

Who's behind Win Local?
