Boots & Pixels ("we," "us," or "our") builds and maintains websites for contractors and home service businesses. This policy covers how we collect and use information submitted through bootsandpixels.com.

What We Collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your industry and any notes you include
• Whether you've opted in to receive text messages from us

We don't use cookies for tracking, don't run ad pixels, and don't collect any data beyond what you directly submit.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss your website project
• Send project updates and coordinate your site build
• Contact you via the method(s) you've indicated you prefer

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Transactional Messages

By checking the transactional opt-in box, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your account, orders, or services you have requested. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Marketing & Promotional Messages

By checking the marketing opt-in box, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, new product updates among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.

• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We'll immediately stop texting you.

• We don't share your phone number with any third parties for marketing.

If you don't check either SMS opt-in box, we will never text you — full stop.

Email Communication

By submitting our contact form, you're agreeing that we can email you about your project. We don't send bulk marketing emails or newsletters. If you want us to stop emailing you, just say so and we will.

Data Storage

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to our email inbox. Netlify may store submission data on their servers per their own privacy policy. We don't maintain a separate database of leads or contacts beyond normal email.

Third-Party Services

This site uses Google Fonts, which loads fonts from Google's servers. Google may collect standard request data (IP address, browser type) when fonts are loaded. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tools.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• Delete any information we have about you
• Tell you what information we have on file
• Correct any inaccurate information

Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top. This site doesn't have user accounts, so we can't notify you directly — but we'll keep this page current.
