How we handle your information. Short version: we keep it simple and don't sell your data.

Boots & Pixels (“Boots & Pixels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by J Bone Investments. This Privacy Policy explains how Boots & Pixels collects, uses, and protects information submitted through bootsandpixels.com.
When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

By checking the transactional opt-in box, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your account, orders, or services you have requested. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. By checking the marketing opt-in box, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, new product updates among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.
If you don't check either SMS opt-in box, we will never text you — full stop.
Your phone number is collected only when you give it to us yourself, either on our contact form or in the chat widget. It is stored with the rest of your submission and used for one purpose: to contact you about your website project, and to send the text messages you opted in to.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that ever touch your number are the service providers that make the messages work on our behalf (our form processor and our SMS provider), and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.
Ask us to delete your number at any time by emailing hello@bootsandpixels.com and we'll remove it.
By submitting our contact form, you're agreeing that we can email you about your project. We don't send bulk marketing emails or newsletters. If you want us to stop emailing you, just say so and we will.
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to our email inbox. Netlify may store submission data on their servers per their own privacy policy. We don't maintain a separate database of leads or contacts beyond normal email.
This site uses Google Fonts, which loads fonts from Google's servers. Google may collect standard request data (IP address, browser type) when fonts are loaded. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
The chat widget in the corner of the site is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel). If you start a chat and give it your name and phone number, that information goes to our account there so we can reply. HighLevel is also the platform we use to send the text messages you opt in to. They process this data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tools.
